EFT uses the same system of energy meridians in the body (also known as channels) as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). However, instead of using needles, or acupuncture, a well-known healing technique, EFT uses acupressure.
You will be using your own hands on your own body, and I will be guiding you virtually along the way. Please see below for a full explanation.
Today, EFT is becoming more and more widely adopted, and not just in the spiritual community. Once you experience it, you’ll understand the benefits.

During an hour-long EFT session, we will meet up over Zoom or FaceTime. In just a few moments, I will explain to you how the session will work:
First, I will briefly demonstrate where the acupressure points are:We will “tap” together once before getting into your specific reason for being here.
We will take stock of where you are in the moment. What are you bringing into the space today? Is something bothering you? Are you in any pain? What brought you here to tap with me? We will rate the intensity of your emotion on a scale of 1-10. At this point, we may start tapping together if you are at a high number on the scale and/or if you’re already feeling triggered. What does this mean?I will listen to your story — whatever’s on your mind — and then we will begin with three “set-up statements” that begin with the words “Even though,” then the middle changes, and we end with something like “I still deeply and completely love and accept myself anyways” or “I choose to accept this feeling anyways.” You will listen and repeat after me.
After the three set-up statements (tapping on the side of the hand), we will move on to the eyebrow point (followed by the rest of the points), tapping while saying what’s called a “reminder phrase” — something to sum up your issue, like “This pain in my knee,” or “This anger I feel.”
As we continue tapping, it will become more conversational. And what’s most interesting is, oftentimes what you think is bothering you isn’t what’s really bothering you! EFT is great at digging up the root cause of an issue and really tackling that rather than just what’s on the surface.
An hour-long session allows us to connect deeply and fosters a sense of ease and trust, such that you feel comfortable telling your story and working through whatever’s bothering you. It’s the best option for something that is highly triggering or highly charged.
